SUP Yoga - Individual & Group Class

​GENERAL INFORMATION:
This is an all level class. No SUP or Yoga experience is required, but you should feel comfortable in open water and must be able to swim and tread water. I strive to share the the best SUP Yoga experience possible and provide the best SUP Yoga specific equipment available. All classes begin on shore to introduce the fundamentals of SUP-Yoga and SUP safety, Once on the water we'll paddle to a calm, beautiful location where we connect with the environment and begin the yoga flow.

LOCATIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMAON
I am available to provide SUP-Yoga sessions at several area water ways including Lake Natoma -Folsom, CA, Sugar Pine Reservoir - Foresthill, CA and Scott's Flat Reservoir - Nevada City, CA​​​
SUP-Yoga sessions are approximately 90 minutes to allow for pre-class safety instruction & SUP-Yoga session
What should you wear?
Comfortable Yoga clothing appropriate for the outside temperature or any comfortable swim wear
Yoga clothing should be moisture-wicking (cotton is not advised)
Water shoes are recommended
What should you bring?
Personal towel, water bottle, sunscreen, a fun attitude​!!
